- Keep moving — glide the roller gently in circular or back and forth motions. Never press too hard or hold in one spot too long.
- Finish and moisturize — after your session, wipe your feet clean and apply a moisturizer or foot cream. Your skin will absorb it far better now that the dead layer is removed.
